Overview

Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group, a globally recognized investment bank, offers a wide range of financing alternatives and strategic financial advice. The Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group advises public and private REITs, REOCs, developers, asset managers, investors, and owners on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, restructurings, and strategic advisory.

• Prepare, analyze, and help explain historical and projected financial information.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other client presentations.
• Value real estate companies, businesses, and assets.
• Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements.

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution with an exemplary academic record.
• Strong background in advanced accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel (especially modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in real estate with a nuanced understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent thinker and resourceful problem solver with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
• Creative mindset and encouragement to generate new ideas.

Salary range: $120,000-$130,000 at the time of posting. Actual salary may vary and may be above or below the range based on factors such as qualifications and experience. Competitive benefits package is provided.
