The Government and Public Sector Transactions Services is part of EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions. The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sector's diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services.

SaT - TCF
- Infrastructure Advisory:
Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today's toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues.

Your key responsibilities:

• Technical Excellence:
  Strong foundation in infrastructure advisory consulting with exposure to public sector and government-focused assignments.
• Ability to support project structuring, feasibility assessment, and transaction advisory across infrastructure initiatives.
• Skilled in analyzing policy, financial, and operational aspects of infrastructure projects to develop practical recommendations.
• Proficient in preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and client deliverables using structured problem-solving approaches.
• Experienced in working on consulting engagements that require research, data analysis, and clear documentation of findings.

Skills and attributes:

• To qualify for the role you must have a qualification of Bachelors and Masters.
• Experience of 3+ years.
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
• Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
