Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
Job DetailsWe are looking for a sharp, self-directed Senior Accountant to join a high-performing finance team at the US arm of a global real estate institution. This is a hybrid accounting and FP&A role — you will own the books, support strategic financial planning, and interface directly with third-party property managers, external auditors, and senior leadership.

- BA/BS in Accounting — required
- Active CPA license or in process
- 4+ years of accounting experience with meaningful real estate exposure
- Public accounting firm audit background strongly preferred
- Experience with Yardi or a comparable platform (MRI, Angus) a plus
