FP&A Associate

A market-leading direct lender and experienced private credit manager specializing in financing solutions for companies backed by private equity sponsors. • Assist with preparation of forecasts and budgets along with reporting and tracking across management companies, lines of business, capital under management, and product P&L
• Provide department leaders with monthly spend vs. budget reporting
• Utilize Workday to forecast expenses based on cost center and business line
• Prepare management and external reports and deliverables
• Perform fluctuation analyses between forecast, prior period, and actual results
• Assist with monthly general ledger closes, including ownership of the expense allocation process
• Enhance and improve existing reports and processes
• Complete special projects as directed by the CFO and other senior leaders

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Relevant accounting or FP&A experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience with Workday and Office Connect a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort analyzing and managing large data sets
• Technologically savvy with a base understanding of how accounting systems work
• High level of intellectual curiosity with a desire to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges
