We are seeking a high-impact, client-facing actuarial leader with strong experience across US Life & Annuities, deep expertise in modelling and valuation, and a proven track record in business development and actuarial transformation. This role is ideal for a growth-oriented actuary who can bridge actuarial rigor, client engagement, and solution innovation, while helping drive our client's expansion in the US market.

- Senior client-facing actuary (FSA/FIA, 15+ yrs) with strong ability to engage US stakeholders, co-own accounts, and drive business development
- Deep expertise in actuarial modeling & valuation across AXIS / Prophet / MG-ALFA with hands-on experience in US GAAP (LDTI), STAT, and P
- Proven track record in actuarial / finance transformation, especially LDTI / IFRS 17 and modernization of actuarial processes
- Growth-oriented mindset, with experience in solutioning, proposal support, and converting client pain points into scalable offerings
- Leadership capability to build and scale teams, drive delivery excellence, and institutionalize AI-enabled actuarial innovation
- Partner with senior client stakeholders (Appointed Actuaries, CFOs, Transformation Leads) to identify actuarial and finance transformation opportunities
- Co-own client accounts and support revenue growth through solutioning, proposal development, and deal shaping
- Translate client pain points (e.g., regulatory changes, model inefficiencies, reporting delays) into scalable actuarial solutions
- Participate actively in RFPs, client presentations, and strategic discussions
- Provide oversight and SME guidance on actuarial models across platforms such as AXIS, Prophet, MG-ALFA
- Lead delivery/reviews across:
- Reserving & valuation (US GAAP LDTI, STAT, P )
- Model development, testing, validation, and conversions
- Guide teams on best practices in model governance, auditability, and controls
- Lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives
, including:- LDTI / IFRS 17 implementation
- Reporting modernization and close acceleration
- Drive AI-enabled actuarial transformation
, including:- Automation of actuarial workflows
- Intelligent diagnostics, model efficiency, and insight generation
- Support clients in redesigning actuarial operating models (process, governance, tooling)
- Build and scale high-performing actuarial teams aligned to growth areas
- Mentor and develop actuarial talent across modeling, valuation, and consulting skills
- Drive capability building in emerging areas (AI, analytics, cloud, automation)
- Contribute to our client’s actuarial POVs on topics such as regulatory changes, model transformation, and AI in actuarial
- Represent our client in client forums and industry discussions
- Support development of reusable accelerators, frameworks, and solutions
- Fully qualified actuary:
FSA / FIA (mandatory) - 15+ years of experience in life insurance actuarial domain
- Deep expertise in:
- US GAAP (LDTI), STAT, P
- Modeling platforms (AXIS / Prophet / MG-ALFA)
- Reserving and valuation processes
- Proven experience in client‑facing roles with strong stakeholder management
- Demonstrated contribution to business development / solutioning / pre-sales
- Experience leading actuarial or finance transformation initiatives
- Experience with Python / SQL / automation frameworks
- Experience across multiple product lines: UL, VUL, FIA, VA, Term, Retirement, Reinsurance
- Exposure to cloud‑based actuarial ecosystems
- Combines actuarial depth + business growth + transformation leadership
- Opportunity to shape AI‑enabled actuarial solutions and platforms
- Direct exposure to US clients and senior leadership
