Product Specialist - Corp Sales Analyst

Responsibilities- Structure, market and execute interest rate and foreign exchange trades on behalf of the Company’s corporate and financial sponsor clients within the CIB or CB perimeter.
- Execute FX trades including spot, forwards, NDFs, and options.
- Execute interest rate trades including single currency swaps, cross‑currency swaps, and options.
- Structure hedging solutions for clients to help them manage risk to macro markets.
- Research and synthesize market analysis to provide color for clients.
- Offer strategic ideas to clients on best practice for IR/FX hedging.
- Help the broader team initiate, develop and enhance relationships with existing clients and prospects, with the objective of increasing revenue generation and risk‑adjusted return on capital.
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Investment Bankers, and other product areas on new business development opportunities related to IR/FX.
- Ensure compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Some financial services industry experience (preferred).
- Very strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Sales‑oriented, energetic, and self‑motivated with strong initiative to achieve sales goals.
