- Run a full 360 desk across business development, recruiting, and account management

Candidate Requirements
- 3‑8+ years of executive search/direct hire recruiting experience
- Experience running a true 360 desk (BD, Recruiting, Account Management)
- Consistent annual production history:
- ~$400K+ for emerging producers
- ~$500K+ for established recruiters
- ~$600K+ preferred for senior hires
- Strong business development and client ownership capabilities
- Financial services recruiting experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a long‑term business
