Job Description
We’re looking for a Loan Services Analyst to join our Back Office team and support the execution of U.S. loan operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing loan transactions, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring accurate reconciliation across a range of syndicated and bilateral facilities.

Role and Responsibilities- Process loan and payment transactions across agented, participated, and bilateral facilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of deals, including loan input and booking, payment processing to lenders, fee payments and invoice preparation, and generation of lender notices.
- Monitor incoming funds in syndication accounts from lenders and borrowers.
- Perform daily Corona reconciliations and past‑due reporting.
- Investigate and resolve all open items on assigned accounts and follow up until full resolution.
- Process assignments and amendments received from counter parties in a timely manner.
- Review and authorize transactions handled by the team.
- Set up, process, and reconcile insurance‑related payments in line with internal procedures.
- Perform daily reconciliation of open items and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate closely with Middle Office, Loan Trading, and Loan Booking teams on daily operations.
- Solid understanding of loan operations workflows, regulations, and best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Excel, Word, and Loan IQPayplus required.
- Experience with Calypso and Corona is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Competitive salary between USD $90,000 - USD $120,000.
