Internship Opportunity With World Fish

World Fish is an international research organization working to transform aquatic food systems to reduce hunger, malnutrition, and poverty. We are looking for three (3) enthusiastic interns to support our Global Finance Team across multiple units, including Budgeting & Reporting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), and Risk & Compliance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge through rotational assignments in each unit. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and learn the inner workings of global finance operations in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

The successful candidate will:

• Support Budgeting Team in collaborating with Business Development and Partnership (BDP) in building costing for project proposals.
• Support Budgeting Team in annual budget and forecast process, preparation of reports and other ad-hoc analysis.
• Support Budgeting Team in timesheet and personnel cost allocation related.
• Support AP Accountant in invoice registration, payment and manage AP Mailbox to resolve issue.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Follow up with procurement to clear any issues in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Support GL team on monthly journal posting and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Support in asset tagging and asset sighting process.
• Develop and maintain an online filing on SharePoint assessable to key stakeholders.
• Any ad-hoc assignments required to support Global Finance Team.
