- Support routing optimisation initiatives, working with Product and Engineering to reduce repeat failures.
- Translate operational signals into actionable insights to improve performance and reduce operational waste.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations to track KPIs and surface actionable insights.
- Use AI, SQL and analytics tools to automate recurring reporting and reconciliation workflows.
- Partner with Data Engineering to improve monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility.
- Support compliance‑aligned operations across payments and stablecoin workflows.
- Execute sensitive processes with strict access controls and evidence standards.
- Identify and elevate operational risk proactively, particularly where money movement and regulatory requirements intersect.
- 2+ years of experience in payment operations, financial operations, reconciliation, or accounting (stablecoin or crypto experience is a strong plus).
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong operational judgement in high‑trust environments.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and reconciling disparate data sources.
- Strong analytical ability—able to investigate issues, form hypotheses, and validate with data.
- Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate cross‑functionally and elevate effectively.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment with high accountability.
- Experience in crypto operations, stable coins, custody, or on‑chain workflows.
- Familiarity with maker‑checker controls, audit evidence standards, or regulated operations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Looker, Big Query, or similar tooling.
- Understanding of payment rails (ACH, card processing, payout systems) and provider integrations.
