Pay Range: $100,000 – $160,000 per year (at commencement)
OverviewThe Sales and Trading Supervision team performs daily reviews of the firm’s trading across Cash Equity and Derivatives desks, working alongside Compliance, Sales, Trading, Operations, and Equity Management teams to analyze, identify potential risk, and resolve issues decisively and accurately.
Role Responsibilities- Perform reviews related to Trade Reporting, Reg NMS, Reg SHO and other applicable rules and regulations.
- Analyze trade data for potentially manipulative trading practices in US NMS and OTC equities, Canadian equities and US options.
- Support Supervision, Management and Compliance teams with resolution of surveillance matters.
- Assist compliance in preparation of regulatory inquiry responses.
- Develop and implement surveillance reports and regulatory controls designed to detect and mitigate regulatory issues.
- 3–15 years of experience in trading, trade support/operations or compliance.
- Sound understanding of US equity market structure.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Series 7 & 57 preferred but not required.
The total compensation package may include base salary, sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off benefits (vacation, sick time, parental leave). Additional benefits details will be provided upon offer.
