A Credit Operations Administrator will provide essential support to the loan operations team within Gen II’s Credit Operations function. This individual will assist in maintaining operational standards, supporting process documentation, following established procedures and controls, participating in training activities, and contributing to an exceptional client experience.
Credit Operations Tracking- Follow established guidelines to help maintain operational excellence.
- Drive accuracy, timeliness, and control throughout the credit process.
- Review and interpret credit agreements and loan notices
- Enter loan data updates in loan operations system
- Reconciliation and reporting
- Engage in all required training sessions.
- Take part in a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure you are fully trained and equipped to support evolving client and regulatory needs.
- Respond to client and internal inquiriesprofessionally and promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team membersto identify opportunities for process improvement.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in credit operations, fund administration, or a related financial services function.
- Strong understanding of loan servicing, documentation, and private credit structures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required - Finance, Economics, or Business Administration major preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
Work ArrangementAll applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
