Client Onboarder
Global Financial Firm located in Getzville, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Client Onboarder Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour Work Mode:
Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Deliver overall client satisfaction while meeting the company's global audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements.
- Own the onboarding request from end to end.
- Ensure the continued progression of the onboarding request through processes as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Communicate the status to internal and external parties on a regular basis.
- Manage the requests in the pipeline and provide relevant status updates to end users.
- Follow up in a timely, professional manner.
- Manage your own pipelines and be aware of when to escalate issues.
- Identify and escalate issues with the processes.
- Take an active part in analyzing data on end-to-end processes for tracking turnaround times of deliverables.
