Location:

New York.

• Help investors save for retirement.
• Collaborate with peers and financial advisors to identify new opportunities for American Funds.
• Develop and execute critical territory coverage plans.
• Synthesize information and present it in a concise, clear manner.
• Make personalized outbound calls, initiating sales and presenting compelling solutions to promote American Funds and proprietary recordkeeping solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Sales experience.
• Well‑spoken, upbeat, and thrives in a team setting.
• Excellent question‑asking and collaborative skills.
• Interest in the defined‑contribution marketplace.
• Holds FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
• Must hold or obtain Series7 and 66 (or equivalent) upon hire.

Base salary range: $105,459 – $168,734. Eligible for an individual annual performance bonus and Capital’s annual profitability bonus. Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings to a retirement plan. Benefits include health coverage, generous paid time off, flexible work options and charitable gift matching.
