Job Description
Location:
New York – Hybrid (currently 3 days in office per week).
Report to VP Finance Director
Responsibilities- Drive all aspects of the budgeting and actual reporting process
- Collaborate with various finance and business teams to prepare full P&L revenue and expensebudget, prepare and maintain detail master budget files, complete upload to HFM
- In charge of the monthly close and actual reporting including analysis of revenue / billings and expense / accruals, prepare journal entries, intercompany mismatch clearing, complete monthly actual reports
- Maintain Altair workflows
- Prepare financial reports, analyses and reconciliations required to support managementdecision-making
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to Management
- Prepare annual and quarterly required reports including Client Profitability Report (CPR),Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Tax package
- Manage the provision of information to support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
- Support other special projects as directed or determined on own initiative
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of related work experience in corporate finance and / or public Big 4 audits
- CPA preferred but not required
- Highly motivated individual with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace environment, ableto balance multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups agency-wide
- Proactive team player, focus on continuously improving processes
- Dependable and flexible to work overtime as needed to meet tight deadlines
- Comprehension of Finance and Accounting principles including GAAP, GAAS, IFRS, Revenue Recognition, Accrual Accounting, Budget and Profitability analysis
- Familiarity using financial reporting (HFM), accounting (SAP) and media billing systems
- Advanced MS Excel modeling skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables)
- Proficiency with MS Office, Word and Power Point

CompensationCompensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
