Responsibilities
- Providing tax compliance and advisory services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses with foreign investments.
- Preparing detailed review international tax compliance forms and working with a dedicated international tax team.
- Advising U.S. and foreign individual investors on tax planning opportunities.
- Developing tax models illustrating tax attributes, effective tax rate, and cash tax expense.
- Preparing quantitative analysis including E&P studies, Subpart F, GILTI, ECI, PTEP, FTC, and Sections 962 computations.
- Assisting the Federal Tax Group with tax treaty analysis arising from inbound and outbound cross-border transactions and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Commerce or Accounting.
- Five (5) years of progressive experience as an accountant.
- Certified Public Accountant licensure or foreign equivalent.
- Proficiency in CCH Axcess, GoSystem Tax, Sure Prep, iManage, XCM, ATX, Lacerte, DT Max, Taxprep, Caseware and Quick Books.
$147,000-$152,000, depending upon experience.

- 6:00 P.M.
New York.
