Location: New York
Responsibilities
- Execute GP Advisory transactions from origination through to completion
- Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations, marketing materials and transaction documentation
- Conduct market research and analyse trends across the alternative asset management landscape
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage multiple transaction work streams simultaneously
- Work directly with senior bankers and clients throughout live mandates
We are interested in speaking with candidates from a range of relevant backgrounds, including:
- Investment Banking (M&A, Financial Sponsors, Strategic Advisory or broader private markets teams)
- GP Advisory platforms
- Valuations practices with strong exposure to alternative asset managers and private equity firms
Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of relevant experience.
