Location: New York
MIO’s Client Service team is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our global team based in New York, NY. This is a client-facing role that entails providing investor relations support to McKinsey U.S. taxpayer Partners and their immediate family members.
Primary Responsibilities- Review offering-related material from investors and assist with completion of required forms
- Liaise with MIO Advisory team on investor suitability
- Assist MIO counsel with review of entity formation documents to determine eligibility
- Review and track required compliance documents
- Work with the finance team and administrators to ensure transactions are processed efficiently for the investor
- Engage closely with IT team on development of investor-facing applications
- Send statements, custom letters, and reports to investors and third parties upon request
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active SIE, Series 66 and Series 7 licenses required
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in client service, financial operations, or a similar client-facing role
- High service-orientation with a client-first approach
- Strong organizational and project management skills, managing competing priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Effective written and verbal communication, presenting complex information clearly
- Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills for operational challenges
Maintains integrity and discretion with sensitive financial matters - Experience with complex products (such as private markets, hedge funds, or investment products) is preferred
- Natural intellectual curiosity and an interest in finance and investor relations

Base salary range: $90,000—$90,000 USD
