The Integrated Firm Client Coverage (IFCC) team, which sits within Integrated Firm Management, is responsible for identifying and facilitating cross‑business opportunities across Morgan Stanley's wealth and investment management and institutional divisions. The IFCC COO Team plays a critical role in the development, analysis, and execution of a range of strategic and tactical business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Initiatives:
Project management and execution of IFCC strategic initiatives (e.g., large asset opportunities, supporting key client coverage, resource strategy and alignment, etc.) including collaboration across internal teams to ensure communication and alignment to Integrated Firm goals - Management Reporting & Leadership Presentations:
Creation of various presentations and talking points, including for internal meetings with senior leadership, conferences, and townhalls - Business Management:
Supporting key processes including budgeting, oversight of data analysis and reporting, memos and communications, recurring calls and agendas, select event and planning support, and meeting prep
Experience:
- 1-3 years related industry experience with a general understanding of Investment Banking and Wealth Management products and services
- Strong track record of academic and professional excellence and achievement
- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Self‑starter who will take initiative, learn quickly and work independently
- High degree of professionalism, positive attitude, and good judgment
- Ability to multi‑task and operate in a fast‑moving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley‑sponsored benefit programs.
