Equity Prime Brokerage Client Services

• Improve and simplify the client experience, reducing manual touchpoints
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely, managing escalations as needed
• Support the preparation of frequent reports and other data measures
• Drive operational initiatives internally and with clients to increase efficiencies, revenue, and reduce risk
• Identify and flag potential risks in a timely manner

• Knowledge of Equity Prime Brokerage, Finance and Clearing
• Timely response to client queries regarding trade breaks, asset transfers, margin disputes, corporate actions, box positions, SL charges, etc.
• Develop strong rapport with front‑line units and business partners
• Presentable, confident, and client‑focused; able to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner
• Self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised; manage own time and know when to escalate

• Preferred 2 or more years of Equity Prime Brokerage, Finance and Clearing experience

$75,000.00 - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
