- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience
- Proficiency with Bank of America’s financial systems – SAP/eLedger
- Knowledge of emerging technology tools such as Alteryx and Tableau – technical expertise or an understanding of how application of those tools can achieve benefits
- Traditional project and change management including timeline development, progress tracking and risk / issue identification
- Process orientation – experience and comfort analyzing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities

- Hours per week: 40
- Pay range: $ – $ annualized salary
- Discretionary incentive eligible
