Position Overview

Business Development Associates in Private Capital support investment and fundraising teams by identifying prospective investors, maintaining investor relationships, and driving capital commitments. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct investor research, market analysis, and benchmarking to identify potential clients and funding opportunities
  • Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials, and investment memoranda
  • Assist in managing and growing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Track fundraising pipelines, investor activity, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and seamless execution of fundraising campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex information
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or data management tools; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for investor-facing and internal reporting
  • Strong interest in capital markets, private investing, and investor relations
