- Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials, and investment memoranda
- Assist in managing and growing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
- Track fundraising pipelines, investor activity, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and seamless execution of fundraising campaigns
- Support portfolio reporting and investor updates, including performance metrics and market insights

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of private capital markets, investment structures, and fundraising processes

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or data management tools; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
