About the Role
At the Bank of America financial center, you will engage lobby clients, educate them on self‑service options, and assist them with cash and other transactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand financial and life priorities.
- Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small‑business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Bilingual Spanish (required).
- Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience navigating self‑service technologies such as ATM, online banking, and mobile banking.
- Ability to follow processes and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficient time and capacity management.
- Willingness to work weekends or extended hours and travel within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- At least six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, administration, or finance).

Base hourly pay: $25.00 – $27.88 per hour, adjusted based on experience and skills. Eligible for industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and other support.
Work HoursShift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.
EducationMinimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
