Financial Planning Analyst

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base + bonus

A rapidly growing, private consumer-facing company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional looking to partner with senior leadership, influence business decisions, and contribute to a fast-paced, multi-location organization.

• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Analyze financial results, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Technology to evaluate business performance and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, cost analysis, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and executive-level commentary.
• Evaluate growth initiatives and capital investments through ROI, payback, and sensitivity analyses.
• Help improve FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, and data accuracy.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience with financial planning software and Business Intelligence tools is highly preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI and BI tools in a finance environment is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other consumer-facing businesses is a plus.
