Overview

We're seeking someone to join our Segment Reporting & Analytics Team in Investment Management Finance (IM Finance) to be involved in reporting the IM Segment results during the quarterly due diligence process and the multi-year forecast processes. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

This is a contingent role within the Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A), which is responsible for the firm's budget, forecast, internal management reporting and financial analysis to provide insight into the firm's current and expected financial performance. Additional responsibilities include expense allocation and reporting. FP&A is a contributor to the Firm's Quarterly Stress Testing/CCAR processes. Responsibilities
  • Support quarterly revenue, expense and balance sheet reporting for the IM Segment
  • Support FP&A deliverables related to quarterly external disclosures (10K/Q/14Q), partnering closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure integrity, consistency, and risk awareness.
  • Complie sensitivity analysis and scenario framing to inform senior management and risk discussions.
  • Compile weekly summary of projected IM results, including net flows, AUM and P&L.
  • Support quarterly expense reporting, including detailed analysis of drivers for teams with the IM Segment.
  • Support efforts to enhance forecasting, reporting, and control processes, improving efficiency, transparency, and analytical rigor.
Qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Desired 5+ years of work experience.
  • Desired technical skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI) and financial software applications, such as TM1.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deal with colleagues/clients of all levels
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Committed and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to and manage deadlines.
