This is a great opportunity to join Delta Capita’s OTC Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
The OTC business is a rapidly growing division within Delta Capita offering a comprehensive range of services to support structured product manufacturers in a variety of areas including documentation drafting, automation, client onboarding, product governance, issuance support, and post-trade lifecycle management. Our team of experts and technology are leveraged by leading structured product manufacturers to transform their businesses, delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
This role will be part of our manual drafting team, supporting our investment banking clients OTC drafting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with both internal and external clients via paper confirmation process.
- Collaboration with counter parties – review inbounds confirmations, resolve any client language disputes, and any urgent issues arising from escalations.
- Draft and/or review any ad-hoc confirmations and/or term sheets requests in conjunction with internal stakeholders and Legal.
- Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls.
- Manage other tasks assigned as demand dictates.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the 2002 and 2006/2021 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.
- Experience in drafting OTC Equity Structured Products. Such products include, but not limited to Conditional Variance Swaps, Up Variance Swaps, Corridor Variance Swaps, Phoenix Autocalls, Swap Strategies and Option Strategies.

SalaryRange
Senior Analyst: $65,000-$75,000 (dependent on experience)
AVP: $80,000-$100,000 (dependent on experience)
