Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Revenue Cycle Management Analyst. In this role, the Associate Analyst, Revenue Integrity supports revenue optimization, charge capture, reimbursement integrity, and operational performance through independent analysis of clinical, financial, and revenue cycle data. The position manages assigned analytical projects, reporting requests, and work queue analyses, using business intelligence and reporting tools to identify trends, investigate issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
The Associate Analyst exercises independent judgment in evaluating data, prioritizing work, and recommending process improvements, while receiving guidance from senior analysts or leadership on highly complex or strategic initiatives.
- Independently manages assigned analyses, projects, reporting requests, and revenue integrity initiatives.
- Performs large-scale data analysis to identify revenue opportunities, charging issues, reimbursement risks, operational trends, and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyzes work queue inventories and workflows to identify root causes, prioritize issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develops, maintains, and interprets reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using reporting and analytical tools.
- Collaborates with Revenue Integrity, Finance, Coding, Clinical, and Operational teams to investigate issues and support revenue optimization efforts.
- Develops and refines analytical methodologies, monitoring tools, and reporting processes to support departmental objectives.
- Presents findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Monitors outcomes of implemented changes and identifies additional opportunities for improvement.
- Serves as a resource for revenue integrity reporting, analysis, and performance measurement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills; works independently and demonstrates initiative, problem solving, and critical thinking.
- Ability to work with changing deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in a personal computer including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in a hospital finance setting (e.g., reimbursement, charge master, patient financial services, hospital operations).
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and American Health Ware.

Salary TransparencyThe salary range for the role is $66,299.99 - $69,300.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses, incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
