PositionSummary
This candidate will lead the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives across AWMS with a specific focus on product development and financial analysis. This role will work directly with AWMS senior leadership while also liaising with key stakeholders across all verticals of the firm including corporate strategy, finance and accounting, credit, real assets, private equity and secondaries. This position will play a critical role in the development of new investment products, analysis of new markets and distribution channels, and strategic initiatives across the US, EMEA and APAC.
EssentialJob Duties
- Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis that forms the basis of key strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with internal teams to develop new products and implement efficient operating models to support them.
- Conduct industry research, monitor market activities and analyze peers’ corporate strategies and performance.
- Develop presentations for AWMS senior management for both internal and external use (mainly via PowerPoint).
- 5+ years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate finance or wealth management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement and professional accomplishment.
- Professional designations or active progress toward designations such as CFA, CIMA or equivalent is a plus.
Reporting to the AWMS senior leadership team, this role will also collaborate closely with corporate strategy, finance and accounting, credit, real assets, private equity and secondaries teams.
CompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $210,000. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
