You’ll ideally bring:
- Over 6 years of buy-side and sell-side FDD and M&A experience
- Significant private equity transaction exposure
- Experience leading engagements and managing teams
- A commercial mindset with the ambition to build long-term client relationships
- CPA (or equivalent) preferred
