Key Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Team with day‑to‑day risk management activities under guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in the identification and documentation of financial and operational risk across Copper’s products, services and processes.
• Support financial risk monitoring activities, such as tracking exposures, limits and key risk indicators under supervision.
• Help prepare risk reporting and management information using Excel and other tools, including simple summaries and trackers.
• Support coordination with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, Technology) to gather information for risk reviews and assessment.
• Assist with the documentation of risk incidents and issues, including logging updates and following up on remediation actions.
• Help collect and organise information used in risk assessments, including inherent risk description, control mappings and action tracking.

• Currently in your second year at university or a year before graduation, completing a Risk Management, Business studies, Finance/Economics Degree or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using Excel for simple data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documentation.

• Knowledge of the Fintech industry.
