Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Process trade allocations and bookings using CTM, FIX, or manual workflows
• Support domestic and international trade settlement across multiple asset classes
• Deliver timely and accurate trade confirmations to clients
• Monitor trades from execution through final settlement across global clearing systems
• Maintain client static data, including settlement instructions and commission schedules
• Reconcile daily trade activity and resolve breaks in a timely manner
• Record fixed income trades for regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., TRACE)
• Assist with client onboarding, including sub-accounts and managed funds
• Track system issues and enhancements using JIRA and support testing activities
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflow

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Middle Office, Settlements, or trade support
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proven self-starter with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm, consistently delivering results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Series 7 or SIE and Series 99 preferred; must obtain the required licenses within three months of hire

Hours are 7-4pm fully in office during training period. After training, moves to a hybrid schedule.
