This role offers strong exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, operational strategy, and fund lifecycle management, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in alternative investments and client servicing. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery for internal teams, distribution partners, and external stakeholders.

We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’ll be empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. What role will you play?

As an Associate, you will serve as an integral member of the Fund Management team, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Wealth Solutions platform. You will manage and prioritize incoming inquiries from distribution and adviser partners, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues across the client and fund lifecycle. The role includes producing recurring and ad‑hoc reporting for clients and distributors, while also contributing to the oversight of fund administrators and transfer agents to maintain high service standards.

In addition, you will play an active role in improving and documenting standard operating procedures, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and supporting broader operational initiatives. Success in this role requires effective stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This is a collaborative, in‑office role with expectations to engage closely with team members and stakeholders.

Salary range for this position: $120,000 – $150,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
