Private Credit Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Private Credit Operations professional to support the day-to-day operational activities of a growing private credit platform. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of portfolio data, cash and position reconciliations, loan administration, and oversight of third-party service providers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting private credit, syndicated loans, direct lending, or alternative investment products and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Perform daily cash, position, and loan reconciliations across multiple private credit funds.
• Investigate and resolve cash, par, and position breaks with custodians, fund administrators, paying agents, and internal teams.
• Reconcile loan positions across internal portfolio management systems and third-party administrators.
• Monitor and oversee fund administrators and custodians to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Review loan activity, including settlements, interest payments, principal repayments, and corporate actions.
• Support trade lifecycle events from execution through settlement.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end operational processes.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, reconciliations, and key performance metrics.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, accounting, treasury, technology, compliance, and external service providers.
• Participate in system implementations, conversions, testing, and operational enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with audit requests and support documentation for internal and external reviews.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in investment operations, private credit operations, fund operations, middle office, or loan operations.
• Experience supporting private credit, direct lending, syndicated loans, CLOs, or alternative investments preferred.
• Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle, loan settlements, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Experience working with custodians, fund administrators, and third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with investment accounting or portfolio management systems such as WSO (Wall Street Office), Geneva, Allvue, Solvas, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with IBOR/ABOR reconciliations.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans, direct lending, and private credit fund structures.
• Experience supporting multiple investment vehicles and complex portfolios.
