In this entry‑level role, you will process basic to moderately complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team, providing assistance for assigned projects.

• Perform cash management operations such as cash handling, check processing, return items and lock‑box operations.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Aid in processing firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and train new team members.
• Participate in compliance‑related activities to minimize losses.
• Assist with cash & trade operational project needs.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citigroup’s reputation, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and report control issues transparently.

• 3–5 years of experience in cash and trade operations and management.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong data entry skills.
• Effective management, influencing, and relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience.
