Five Starinvest is looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist to manage Consumer related loans on the Banking System. This regular full-time position based in New York involves ensuring proper loan documentation, maintaining collateral accounts, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, prior experience in customer service, and strong communication skills. Additional responsibilities include loan maintenance and providing support to Bank staff in line with Five Star's standards.
