Commercial Finance Manager

We're partnering with a leading consumer products business to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager for a highly visible role supporting senior commercial leadership.

This position sits at the intersection of Finance and Commercial, providing strategic insight that drives pricing decisions, revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and overall business performance. You'll act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders while helping shape commercial strategy through data‑driven decision making.

• Lead forecasting, annual planning, and ongoing performance analysis
• Partner with commercial leaders to drive pricing strategy and margin optimization
• Deliver financial insights that support revenue growth and business performance
• Own commercial finance activities across sales, trade investment, and marketing spend
• Develop and enhance reporting, forecasting tools, and financial models
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategic decision making

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance and/or FP&A
• Strong experience in forecasting, pricing, commercial analytics, or revenue management
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and financial planning tools
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable business insights
• Consumer products, FMCG, beverage, or related industry experience preferred
