Job Title:

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Directly lead a team of 8-15 associates to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Analyze daily performance indicators (e.g. availability) and communicate with employees, encouraging awareness and performance
  • Oversees dialer operations by monitoring performance and consistently fine-tuning collection strategies.
  • Collaborates closely with regional counterparts, supervisors, and strategic planning units to gather input, refine processes, and align on dialer strategies.
  • Participate in various group projects and continuous quality improvement activities
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, protecting Citi’s reputation, clients, and assets, ensuring compliance with all rules and policies, acting with sound ethical judgment, transparently reporting issues, and holding others accountable to these same standards.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Direct line management experience in a call center or production environment preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity and understanding of financial industry preferred
  • Management Skills
  • 2-5 years’ experience
  • Knowledge in dialer will be preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree
