CFO, Financial Manager, Risk Manager/Analyst
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership, overseeing all aspects of fiscal management, budgeting, and revenue operations. The CFO manages the organization’s revenue cycle across Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance billing while ensuring compliance with healthcare, grant, and nonprofit regulations. This role leads the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitors financial performance, and develops both short- and long-term strategies to sustain and grow the organization.
In partnership with senior leadership, the CFO ensures that financial and operational systems are integrated to support efficiency, transparency, and trauma-informed practices. The CFO serves as the primary financial liaison to the Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Committees, providing actionable insights, risk assessments, and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making. This leader champions data-driven financial planning, quality improvement, and population health management initiatives to ensure the organization remains fiscally sound and mission-aligned.
Requirements- Bachelor's in Accounting
