Sompo seeks an AVP, Finance Transformation to lead cross-functional finance projects and drive end-to-end process improvements within Finance Change. You will translate business requirements into actionable initiatives that align with Sompo’s strategic finance vision.
You will partner with global teams, manage risks, and help standardize RTR, OTC, PTP, and FPA processes while supporting the development of technical solutions and change management efforts across multiple geographies.
