Job Description
Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying your deep knowledge of home lending products while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Jobresponsibilities
- Coach and mentor branch staff, providing training on products and services.
- Work closely with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to additional banking products.
- Collaborate with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using direct mail, media advertising, cross‑sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, , electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations and maintain effective reporting relationships.
- Establish yourself as the internal and external mortgage expert while building good relationships with customers.
- Apply consultative skills to provide product recommendations based on financial analysis and the customer’s goals and circumstances.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
- Knowledge of the local real‑estate market.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
- Marketing, relationship building, and consulting skills.
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
This position is subject to Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent upon a review of criminal convictions, credit reports, and NMLS information. A felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify a candidate. Ongoing employment requires compliance with the SAFE Act, including NMLS registration and annual renewal.
Employers must maintain NMLS registration immediately after the start date and complete all required updates throughout employment.
