Job Overview
The Public Sector Lockbox business is a multi‑shift, 363 days‑per‑year operational unit that provides a variety of services to government clients to assist them in managing their receivables and sensitive documents. The core function of this business in Getzville is Data Entry.
A successful candidate must be able to work weekends/holidays, additional hours as required and successfully complete the government‑required background check. The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned as necessitated by business demands.
Work Schedule & Requirements- Must work one weekend day.
- Second Shift: Tuesday‑Saturday 5:00pm – 1:30am.
- No WFH opportunity – position is site‑dependent.
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding quality and productivity standards in all data entry functions including the auditing of those functions.
- Demonstrate a high level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality and minimizing rework.
- Readily and positively adapt to changes in deadlines and daily work assignments.
- Expected to escalate observed issues timely and appropriately.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements yielding increased productivity and efficiency.
- Professionally interact and positively collaborate with team members, peers and managers across shifts to ensure client timelines and quality requirements are met.
- Assist with staff education as needed.

- Demonstrated history of strong interpersonal skills and positive peer engagement in a diverse environment.

- Flexible and adaptable, able to multi‑task and prioritize in a high‑paced processing environment with strict deadlines and service levels.
- History of working well within a team environment, working toward a common goal requiring respectful communication and teamwork.
- Excellent attention to detail, targeting straight‑through‑processing.
- General PC proficiency, including MS Office and Lockbox applications.
- Public Sector Lockbox operations experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
- Highly motivated and execution‑driven.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends/holidays and additional hours as required.
- Prior Lockbox, payment processing, banking experience or operations experience preferred.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Manual dexterity required – all tasks are repetitive.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (green card) is required.
- Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
- Must pass an extensive background check including criminal, credit and drug checks (renewed every 5years).
- High school diploma or GED required.
