With offices in Europe, the US and Asia, the firm backs businesses across Biopharma Products, Consumer Health, Healthcare IT, In Vitro Diagnostics, Life Science Tools, Med Tech and Pharma Services.

The Director will serve as a senior investment professional with direct responsibility for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments across the Consumer Health portfolio. The role leads deal activity across an assigned geography, product category or investment theme, with accountability for investment outcomes, value creation and portfolio company support.

Key responsibilities include driving sourcing and pipeline development across Consumer Health sectors, leading the formation of investment theses (category mapping, competitive positioning, market trend analysis), serving as primary investment decision maker and deal sponsor, and leading negotiation of transaction terms and deal structure with Partners and external advisors. The Director also oversees comprehensive commercial, financial and operational due diligence and leads post-acquisition value creation planning.

This is a senior operating role combining strategic direction-setting with hands-on deal execution, positioning the Director as a trusted senior advisor to Partners and portfolio management teams. The firm's investment professionals come from PE (KKR, Partners Group, Barings), consulting (Bain, McKinsey) and M&A advisory (Goldman Sachs, Lazard) backgrounds.
