Finance Consulting Manager

In financial operations at PwC, you will specialise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organisations. Your work will involve assessing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions to streamline financial operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services.

As an integral member of the Financial Operations team, you will lead efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across essential client finance process cycles including procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report. You will analyze complex financial issues and optimise transaction processing, financial close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, as well as internal and external reporting. As a Senior Associate, you will mentor and develop junior colleagues, uphold rigorous quality standards, and cultivate strong client relationships.

You will deepen your business context knowledge and navigate complex situations to deliver exceptional outcomes and grow your personal brand.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance efficiency and effectiveness in transaction processing across procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report cycles.
  • Lead implementations of GenAI and digital finance transformation initiatives.
  • Optimize financial close and consolidation processes.
  • Refine budgeting and forecasting methodologies to enhance financial planning.
