Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

- Supervise, develop, and coach teams
- Manage client service accounts and engagement work streams
- Solve and analyze complex problems for top-quality deliverables
- Adopt a practical and holistic approach for private companies

- Lead contract maintenance and renewals
- Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
- Utilize technology and innovation to enhance client services
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese
- Broad knowledge of complex tax issues
- Proficiency in U.S. entities with operations in Japan
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Communicating key propositions effectively
- Managing project workflow and budgets
- Supervising teams to foster trust and innovation
- Coaching staff with meaningful feedback
Up to 20% travel.
Salary and BenefitsSalary range: $99,000 – $266,000. Compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
