What we offer:Uncapped commission with competitive bps, full product menu (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, BPL), dedicated marketing support and co-branded content, modern tech stack, and multi-state licensing support.
What you bring:- Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly); clean regulatory record
- 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred
- Established referral relationships
- Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline
- Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment
Competitive bps structure. This position is commission-based. Annualized earnings typically range from $50,000–$500,000+, depending on production volume and loan mix.
