The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

• Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data room.
• Liaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC updates.
• Onboard new Lenders in our Syndicate transactions.
• Assist on streamlining secondary trade settlements.
• Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates.
• Follow through with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responses.

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Series 79, 63 preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar.
• Bachelor’s degree.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
