• Work directly under Michael Leffell, a former Deputy Executive Managing Member of Davidson Kempner with over two decades of institutional alternative investing experience.
• Gain rare, cross-asset exposure by evaluating deals across Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Private Credit within a single, high-conviction platform.
• Enjoy significant ownership and breadth in a small-team environment, moving beyond specialized silos to influence the firm’s growth and investment strategy.

• Source high-quality investment opportunities and build strategic relationships to drive deal flow across North America and Europe.
• Conduct rigorous financial, operational, and legal due diligence, preparing detailed investment memoranda for equity, debt, and complex capital instruments.
• Partner with the membership base to produce high-quality content that fuels investor engagement and expands the firm’s institutional and individual client reach.

• 8–15 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or principal investing with a strong track record in private markets.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities, paired with the ability to navigate complex capital structures and multi-asset class diligence.
• A self-starting investor with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, Midtown Manhattan-based office environment.
