Our client, an elite boutique investment bank, is seeking an Analyst to join their restructuring advisory team. The Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing strategic advisory and financial solutions to clients facing complex restructuring and distressed situations. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through distressed debt, bankruptcies, reorganizations, and other restructuring transactions. • Strategic Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including financial modeling, valuation, and benchmarking, to assess the financial health and viability of distressed companies.
• Thorough Due Diligence: Perform extensive due diligence on companies and their operations, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Prepare reports for senior management and clients, outlining findings and recommendations.
• Transaction Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to execute restructuring transactions, refinancing, asset sales, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Effective Documentation and Presentation: Prepare high-quality pitch books, confidential information memoranda, financial models, and other client-facing materials with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes related to restructuring and distressed situations. Share insights with the team to inform decision-making.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of investment banking experience in leveraged finance, M&A, restructuring, or related fields, ideally with exposure to distressed situations.
