- Budget preparation:
Plans and co-ordinates review of budget submissions as necessary. - Reviews, analyses and finalises cost estimates and budget proposals in terms of staff and non‑staff requirements of client departments/offices, including programmatic aspects.
- Ensures compliance with the plan and other legislative mandates as necessary.
- Co-ordinates the preparation of budget submissions from client entities/managers as necessary.
- Reviews, analyses and finalises programme budget/financial implications as necessary.
