Beta Search is seeking an experienced BSA Program Head to lead our compliance team in New York. The role requires 7–10 years of BSA/AML experience within an OCC-regulated financial institution, and a proven ability to develop and oversee a comprehensive BSA/AML/OFAC program.
The successful candidate will manage regulatory examinations, coordinate with agencies such as OCC and FinCEN, and mentor the compliance staff while implementing effective risk management and training initiatives.
